Day 2Breakfast: 2-3 tbsp oat flakes with 1 cup organic low-fat yogurt 120 g fresh pineapple and mint Snack: 2 slices whole wheat toast 2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese with herbs and cucumber slices Lunch: 1 cup pasta with vegetable sauce and 100 g chicken breast Snack: 1 Black Bear bar (35 g) Dinner: 1 big bowl of miso soup with 120 g tofu |
